Lorna has been immersed in the arts from an early age, with theatre shaping much of her life and career. She has built a wealth of experience as a director, producer, and theatre operations professional, working across venues from London’s West End to much-loved regional theatres. With a passion for creating engaging, meaningful, and accessible work, Lorna brings a unique blend of artistic vision and practical expertise to every project she takes on.

A dedicated member of Bedford’s arts community since 2009, Lorna has been a driving force within Bedford Drama Company, taking on a wide range of roles both on and off stage, including a successful three-year term as Chair. She also serves as a trustee of The Place Theatre, Bedford, helping to support and champion it as a vital hub for creativity, opportunity, and performance within the local community.

As the creator and founder of Off The Leash Theatre, Lorna is embarking on an exciting new chapter in her creative journey. Driven by a belief that theatre should be fearless, inclusive, and accessible, Off The Leash Theatre was created to produce bold, high-quality productions alongside inspiring workshops and creative opportunities for performers of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Working across Bedfordshire and beyond, Lorna is passionate about championing local talent and creating a collaborative environment where performers, writers, creatives, and audiences can connect through exciting live theatre. Her vision for Off The Leash Theatre is to build a company that celebrates creativity without limits — producing work that is entertaining, ambitious, and rooted in community.
